Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Outhouse Coffee! We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Time Frame:

Coffee: You have 7 days from the date you receive your coffee to return it if you're not satisfied with the product.

Apparel: Apparel can be returned within 7 days of receipt, but it must only have been worn once for sizing purposes, not for everyday use. Tags must still be attached.
2. Conditions for Return:

Coffee: If you don't like the coffee you ordered, you can return it within the 7-day window.

Apparel: Apparel must be unworn (except for trying on for sizing) and must still have the original tags attached.
3. Return Shipping Costs:

Outhouse Coffee will provide a return shipping label for all eligible returns. The return shipping cost will be covered by us.
4. Refund Method:

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method on file. Alternatively, you can choose to receive store credit instead.
5. Restocking Fee:

As of May 12, 2025, we do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.
6. Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns on items that are damaged or defective, unless clear evidence is provided. All returns must meet our return criteria.
7. No Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please process a return and place a new order.
8. Damaged or Defective Items:

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us with a photo or any supporting evidence of the damage. We will review your case and process your return or refund accordingly.
9. International Returns:

We currently do not offer international shipping, and therefore, no returns are possible for international orders.
