How We Do It

01 · SOURCE

Real beans. Real farms.

We source from farms in Central and South America we actually know — single origins and small co-ops, no commodity guesswork. Quality you can taste in the cup, traceable to the lot.

02 · ROAST

Small batch. By hand.

Every order roasted within 1–2 days of you placing it. Small-batch drum roasting in our El Cajon facility. Every bean cracked, pulled, packed by hand.

03 · SHIP

Same-day. No delay.

Same-day USPS shipping after roast. From the roaster to the mail truck, no middlemen, no warehouse delay. Stale coffee is for suckers — and we don't sell to suckers.

100% Transparency

We believe in being honest. If you don't like something, tell us. We will do our best to make you happy.

Common
Questions.

Real questions, real answers. Hit us up if yours isn't here.

How fresh is 'roasted to order'?+
We roast within 1–2 business days of your order and ship same-day after roasting. Most orders are in your hands within a week of being roasted. No warehouse, no months-on-a-shelf.
Whole bean or ground — which should I pick?+
Whole bean if you've got a grinder. The freshness window is way longer. Ground if you're moving fast or don't own a grinder — we'll match the grind to your brew method.
What's the subscription save?+
15% off every order, free shipping on every order regardless of cart size, plus first dibs on limited drops. Skip, pause, or cancel any time — no penalty, no email tax.
How long will a 12oz bag last me?+
A 12oz bag pulls about 24 cups (8oz pour, drip brew). Two cups a day = a bag every 12 days. Most subscribers run on the 4-week cycle for one drinker, 2-week for two.
Do you ship internationally?+
Right now, the lower 48 only. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico — we're working on it. International friends, send us an email and we'll see what we can rig up.
